By downloading or using Illona: Singing Coach, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with a mandatory platform term, the applicable platform term controls.

The app provides general singing-practice routines, a pitch-detection tool, voice check-ins, and local progress tracking. Results from the tuner are estimates and may vary because of microphone quality, room noise, vocal tone, device processing, and other conditions.

The app provides educational practice guidance only. It is not medical care, diagnosis, speech therapy, or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, speech-language pathologist, or other licensed professional.

Practice within a comfortable range and volume. Stop immediately if you experience pain, persistent discomfort, dizziness, sudden voice loss, or unusual strain. Seek appropriate professional care for persistent hoarseness, injury, or other health concerns. Children should practice with appropriate adult supervision.

Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store license, Coach Illona grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the app or its content to create a competing service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The live tuner needs microphone permission. You control that permission through your device settings. The app’s current version stores preferences and practice history locally and does not provide cloud backup or synchronization.

Clearing progress, deleting app data, restoring a device, or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local practice history. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you choose to use.

The app, its design, routines, written guidance, graphics, trademarks, and other content are owned by Coach Illona or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. Device compatibility and operating-system changes may affect availability. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of a particular result, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Illona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Revised terms will appear at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
